I am an applied microeconomist using historical data and causal inference techniques to better understand modern-day phenomena and between-group disparities. Much of my work surrounds American labor market dynamics in the early 20th century.

I am currently a postdoctoral research fellow at Stellenbosch University in South Africa. I completed my PhD in economics at Emory University in 2026.
